Stations of the Cross

Lenten Stations of the Cross

Friday’s of Lent
after our 12:05pm Mass
and online at 6:15pm (link)

During this season of Lent, a power Catholic tradition is to walk the Way of Sorrow with our Lord, known as Stations of the Cross. When we unite our struggles in life with our Lord’s, we are able to tap into His redemptive grace.

Things on earth are often not as God intended, but God still reigns. We can touch this when we are able to see the bigger picture, rather than just only focus only on our personal struggles and no-win situations. The Stations of the Cross reminds us of the burdens and consequences of sin in our world, that was carried by our Lord. But we are also reminded how our Lord never loss faith, never loss hope, never loss trust, never stopped loving. He was the captain of His ship, showing us that path to captain our own ships in our storms of life, to always be compassionate, merciful, and trusting in the midst of chaos.

Praise God for the gift of His Son, who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, in the midst of all our storms of life.
